We approach each project individually and after the evaluation of requirements and discussion with the client, we propose an appropriate tool and procedure for the search for every position needed.

Executive Search is surely the most efficient method of searching for experts at the managerial level.
It comes out of a thorough understanding of our client’s company, area of its business and all factors which influence it; during the first phase of the project, we specify the most detailed profile of suitable candidates for the vacancy in cooperation with the client.
Other phases of the project concern the application of our professional methods for search and evaluation of candidates; the overall evaluation of candidates is based on a thorough analysis of their skills, experience and personal characteristics.
